Azerbaijan on July 10 reported that its military units came under fire from Armenian forces in Gadabay region.
Units of the Armenian armed forces in Chambarak region using small arms subjected to fire positions of the Azerbaijan Army near Gadabay’s Zamanli village, the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry reported on July 10.
The ministry said that there are no losses or wounded among the military personnel of the Azerbaijan Army.
There has been no response from Armenia on Azerbaijan’s statement.
This is the third time this week that Azerbaijan accused Armenia of opening fire at its positions.
On July 7, the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry reported cease-fire violation by Armenia near border Tovuz region.
On July 6, the Defence Ministry reported that an Azerbaijani soldier was injured in liberated Aghdam district as Armenian units opened fire from Azerbaijani territories where the Russian peacekeeping forces have been stationed.
