Azerbaijan’s Defence Ministry said on July 27 that Baku’s position came under Armenian fire near liberated Kalbajar.
Under the ministry’s report, Armenian armed forces units in the positions located in Yukhari Shorja and Zarkand villages of Basarkechar region subjected to fire positions of the Azerbaijan Army in the territory of Zeylik and Yukhari Ayrim villages of Kalbajar region.
Armenian forces were using sniper rifles, assault rifles, and machine guns during the attack, the ministry said.
The ministry said that that the Azerbaijani suppressed the adversary in return fire and suffered no losses.
