Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced that he would meet his counterpart Ilham Aliyev to hold negotiations in Azerbaijan’s Shusha city recently liberated from the Armenian occupation.
“On Tuesday [June 15], together with Aliyev, we will be heading to Shusha, one of the liberated towns, which will host official meetings at different levels,” Interfax quoted Erdogan as saying.
Erdogan will visit Azerbaijan on June 14-16. As part of the visit, Erdogan and President Ilham Aliyev will watch a football match between the national teams of Turkey and Wales to be held on June 16 in Baku.
